Problem:
Mail server is running but login always fails.
Diagnosis:

Solution:
This maybe caused by mail configuration in Plesk getting corrupted or not in sync. Run the following command as root to repair the configuration.
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam
