Create Name Server Hosts at HKDNR

Below are instructions on how to create nameserver hosts at HKDNR.HK
  1. Login to your HKDNR account
  2. Select your domain
  3. Click "Add DN Host"
  4. Type "ns1" in "Name Server:"
  5. Type your VPS IP in "Name Server ip: 1."
  6. Click Submit
  7. There will be a confirmation message at the top "Name Server registered successfully", Next add 2nd DNS host
  8. Type "ns2" in "Name Server:"
  9. Type your VPS IP in "Name Server ip: 1."
  10. Click Submit
  11. There will be a confirmation message on top "Name Server registered successfully"

Next you need to change your DNS Server:

  1. Click on "Domain Manager"
  2. Click on the domain which you which to modify
  3. Click "Modify DNS"
  4. Type "ns1.yourdomain.hk" in "Name Server: 1."
  5. Type "ns2.yourdomain.hk" in "Name Server: 2."
  6. Click Submit

This completes the steps needed to create your own Nameservers at HKDNR.HK
