Yes you can. In fact, we have many customers in China who are doing this in order to bypass the Great Firewall of China.

Please note that TUN/TAP device is not enabled by default. You may go ahead with the purchase of Linux VPS and let us know afterwards that you need to enable TUN/TAP device for VPN purposes. Feel free to contact us for such matter.
