If you would like to cancel your service, please notify us via the instructions below within at least 14 days before your next billing cycle.
In order to verify your Valid Authorization, please login to the URL below with your currently registered Username(email) and password.

Steps to request service cancellation :-
- Log into the client area,
- Click on "Services" and click on "My Services"
- In your Product & Services you will find your existing running services listed and click on the "View Details" button to the right.
- “View Details” will display your Product Detail,Outstanding Detail,Login Detail and Account Addons details.
- Click on “Request Cancellation” at bottom.
Fill out the form to briefly describe the reason for cancellation, then click the button that says "Request Cancellation"
